Physical Therapy

Support for Movement, Strength & Mobility
Our licensed physical therapists focus on movement, strength, and recovery to help improve mobility, function, and daily performance. From injury rehab to long-term support, our care plans are tailored to your goals and built around evidence-based techniques.
Your first session includes a full movement assessment, digital motion analysis, and hands-on testing. We’ll walk you through your results and discuss a care plan that supports your goals. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, neuromuscular re-education, balance retraining, and guided home programming. For patients requiring deeper support, we offer advanced therapy tools and manual techniques. These help reduce inflammation, increase mobility, and enhance healing:
Step 1:
Movement and posture are analyzed using motion capture or digital tools to identify areas of postural or movement limitation.
Step 2:
Manual techniques such as joint mobilization and soft tissue release are used to support circulation, improve range of motion, and reduce muscle tension.
Step 3:
We track progress each visit and adjust your plan to align with your movement progress and goals.
Common concerns physical therapy may support:
-
Post-surgical mobility challenges (knee, hip, shoulder)
-
Joint and soft tissue strain
-
Balance, gait, or fall risk issues
-
Movement difficulties related to arthritis or joint degeneration
-
Limitations due to fibromyalgia or chronic musculoskeletal discomfort
-
Workplace or athletic overuse injuries
What to expect?

Our therapists provide personalized exercise routines that may help improve stability, flexibility, and neuromuscular coordination. Techniques may include resistance training, balance work, and flexibility drills to support strength-building and functional movement.
Rehabilitative Exercises

Full evaluation including range-of-motion testing, strength analysis, gait assessment, and digital posture scans. We begin with a comprehensive functional evaluation, including range-of-motion testing, gait assessment, and strength screening.
Musculoskeletal Exam

Our therapists use targeted soft tissue release, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy to reduce pain, improve circulation, and support proper movement mechanics.
Manual Techniques

We guide you through movement-based exercises that may support coordination, flexibility, and strength. Our approach is designed to promote functional improvement and physical confidence in everyday activity.
Functional Movement

We provide care that may support mobility following orthopedic procedures or help reduce the risk of injury recurrence. Sessions are designed to align with your physician's guidance and promote safe movement restoration.
Injury Prevention

Advanced Mobility Restoration
For individuals experiencing persistent joint stiffness, muscle guarding, or movement limitations that haven’t improved through standard care, we offer Advanced Mobility Restoration as part of a medically cleared plan. These sessions involve guided, hands-on techniques that may help support range of motion, tissue release, and overall movement ease in cases where traditional therapies have plateaued. These techniques are tailored to the individual and always paired with structured post-session care such as physical therapy, guided exercise, or soft tissue work. Our approach may include:
-
Joint Distraction (Non-Thrust Mobilization): Low-force gliding or joint distraction techniques (Grade I/II mobilizations) to reduce compression and encourage space within the joint.
-
Passive Range of Motion (PROM): Therapist-assisted movement through a joint’s natural range to help reduce stiffness and restore flexibility, particularly after periods of immobility or limited use.
-
Active-Assistive Mobilization: A collaborative method where the client initiates movement while being gently guided, allowing for safe reintroduction of motion without excessive strain.
-
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF): Alternating contraction and relaxation patterns designed to support flexibility, muscle responsiveness, and functional movement control.
Advanced Mobility Restoration is not a first-line option, it’s reserved for clients who have exhausted conservative care and are approved for more progressive support by a medical provider.
Modalities We Use
Neuromuscular Retrain
Designed to help support coordination, posture, and muscle activation for physical performance.
Myofascial Release
Techniques are used to address soft tissue tension and may help improve flexibility, mobility, and comfort.
I.A.S.T.M.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization breaks down scar tissue using these techniques.
Cupping Therapy
Suction on the skin’s surface may support circulation and reduce localized muscle tension.
Gait Training
Targets coordination, posture, and stride control to improve strength and reduce fall risk.
