Acupuncture

Restoring Energy Flow, Whole-Body Wellness
Our licensed acupuncture team uses traditional and integrative techniques to support your body’s natural balance and overall function. Whether you're navigating physical discomfort, recovering from surgery, or experiencing stress or sleep disruptions, acupuncture offers a gentle, non-invasive method that may help restore internal balance.
What to expect?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake, Eastern and Western wellness evaluations, and a custom treatment plan. We explain findings and co-create a care strategy that may include weekly sessions, post-surgical support, or general wellness maintenance. Most sessions are relaxing and gentle, and may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal support, or soft tissue therapies depending on your needs.
Step 1:
We review your symptoms and history using a combination of Eastern diagnostic tools (like pulse and tongue evaluation) and lifestyle screening.
Step 2:
You’ll receive tailored care which may include acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, or herbal guidance, depending on your presentation.
Step 3:
Your plan evolves over time and may integrate services like physical therapy, chiropractic, or nutrition for broader wellness support.

Rehabilitative acupuncture combines traditional methods with modern approaches to support movement, muscle relaxation, and general recovery following injury. These sessions may complement chiropractic or physical therapy as part of a multidisciplinary wellness plan.
Rehabilitative Acupuncture

Acupuncture may help promote circulation, reduce tension, and support overall comfort during the healing process following surgery or injury.
Postoperative & Recovery

Acupuncture may help relieve muscular tension and support blood flow, which can be useful in managing discomfort in complex or long-term cases.
Myofascial Release

This technique may assist the nervous system in modulating stress signals, and is often used alongside other wellness practices to support emotional balance and relaxation.
Stress Response Support

Acupuncture may support gut-brain communication and immune system harmony. It’s commonly used to assist regulation for those experiencing digestive irregularities or immune sensitivity.

Scalp Acupuncture: Stimulates neurological zones on the scalp to support full-body function.
-
Abdominal Acupuncture: Targets energy centers in the abdomen to promote internal balance.
-
Electromagnetic Meridian Therapy: Uses low-frequency waves to gently activate meridian flow.
-
Plum Blossom Tapping: Light tapping technique used to invigorate circulation at the skin level.
-
Ear Seed Application: Tiny seeds or beads placed on the ear to extend therapeutic effects.
-
Infrared Heat Therapy (TDP Lamp): Mineral-based heat therapy used to warm and relax tissue.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture: Fine-needle technique to support tone, circulation, and skin vitality.
Each method is grounded in traditional East Asian medicine and adapted for modern wellness needs. Sessions are always customized and delivered in a calming, supportive environment.
Modalities We Use
Traditional Acupuncture
Supports energy balance (Qi) and promotes wellness through precise point stimulation along meridians.
Electroacupuncture
Low electrical stimulation is added to needles to encourage muscle activation and may support general tissue recovery.
Gua Sha
Gentle scraping of the skin with a smooth tool to promote circulation and may relieve tension or congestion.
Moxibustion (Moxa)
Suction on the skin’s surface may support overall body detox, circulation and reduce localized muscle tension.
Auricular Acupuncture
