Wellness Screenings
Screenings help identify imbalances and guide next steps in integrative care. These evaluations support lifestyle awareness and proactive wellness.
Proactive, Non-Clinical Assessments
Our wellness screenings are designed to evaluate general well-being and functional status, not to diagnose medical conditions. We assess patterns that may benefit from lifestyle changes or further exploration by licensed providers. All screenings are conducted in a safe, supportive setting and are wellness-oriented in nature.
What Screenings Include
Clients may receive a variety of assessments based on personal goals and concerns, such as:
-
Blood Pressure Monitoring: To assess cardiovascular patterns and stress load.
-
Postural Evaluation: Identify musculoskeletal strain or asymmetries contributing to discomfort.
-
Vision & Hearing Checks: Non-clinical screenings to flag issues that may require follow-up.
-
Balance & Coordination Checks: Especially useful for older adults or clients recovering from injury.
-
Lifestyle Intake Surveys: Exploring daily habits around sleep, nutrition, movement, and screen time.
These tools help establish a baseline for future care and lifestyle guidance.
Not a Replacement for Physician Exams
Wellness screenings are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If any red flags arise, we will refer clients to appropriate medical professionals or specialists. Our role is to support wellness maintenance, not clinical intervention.
